As part of our Church-as-Tribe Weekend, no worship meeting this weekend but we're still meeting for 'church'! This is a special time to grow in faith & community.
Join the West & 4 Points Tribes for a fun dinner event best described as “craft-project-meets-dinner-party”! Absolutely no skill is required. You’ll receive professional coaching as you roll.
Over the last 2 years, Mission Hills has befriended a very special group of Burmese immigrants. All fled due to conflict and persecution. Now, calling Austin home, many are employed in the service industry at your favorite restaurants. This is our chance to love our Austin neighbors and have them share a skill, making sushi, with us.
Bring a favorite Japanese beer, wine or sake to share.
Find a ‘sitter and meet up with new and familiar faces. RSVP with Shannon Wise.
Mission Hills’ Tribes exist to build community and express faith in both fun and tangible ways together. Minimally, we gather the first weekend of each month (in lieu of worship) as a “Laboratory” weekend to practice Rhythms of community, hospitality, compassion, &/or generosity.
